To keep your custom shoes in top condition, we strongly recommend avoiding full submersion in water.
Please be mindful of your surroundings while wearing these unique creations. Scraping against rough surfaces or rubbing the shoes together may cause gems to loosen or fall off. While we take great pride in our craftsmanship and ensure each gem is securely attached, external factors beyond our control can sometimes lead to minor losses.
For your convenience, we provide a small bag of mixed gems and glue with every purchase in case you need to make minor repairs.
